Crisp character selection screen, fantastic backgrounds, amazing gem effects. The only thing holding this game from getting a perfect 5 is the in-game character sprites (scaled from the original game graphics).

Perfect. Simply perfect. Even the intro theme has an echo to it.
SOUND: 5
You'll laugh yourself senseless with the various antics the characters shout in the game. All the sound effects have a really nice echo to it. If we had a score of 6, this game certainly deserves it for sound.
REPLAY: 5
Tons of game modes not found in the original with amazing online play. You can even customize your own Gem Patterns! The only thing that bothers the SFD staff is that you have to hold down a button in order to talk. However, that is easily fixed if you go into Private Chat.
